Individual Therapy

Individuals engage in relationship therapy or counselling to help them learn from their past, so as not to repeat mistakes in the future. In order to achieve the relationship you want it is important to heal from past relationship hurts and struggles and learn how to develop healthy relationships.


We are all shaped by our unique history and this affects our emotional wellbeing and how we aspire to be in life. I guide and support clients through the process of understanding who they are and why they do what they do. I help them to identify their growth edges and help them learn how to become the best version of themselves, live the life they want, and develop the relationships they want.

In order to live your best life and be the best version of yourself you are required to self-reflect and understand your personal struggles. I will work with you to learn how to implement strategies to overcome where you feel stuck and reach your desired goals.
